Spiral bevel gear is a common part of mechanical transmission, but also an indispensable part of mechanical equipment, relatively difficult and complex process manufacturing, so we use advanced alloy steel 18CrNiMo7-6, more robust and durable, so that its precision level reached DIN3965 5-10.

Spiral bevel gear as the most important part of the transmission device, its quality and performance has been a point of great concern to people, for the traditional spiral umbrella design, with large noise, low efficiency, short life and many other problems, often affect the normal use of mechanical equipment. In view of this situation, the materials used and the design process of the gear have been greatly improved. Our spiral bevel gear adopts high grade alloy steel materials and manufacturing process, so that the transmission efficiency, noise control, service life and other aspects have been greatly changed, but also improve the performance of mechanical equipment and operation stability, for the user with a better experience.

Although Spiral bevel gears are widely used in mechanical equipment, due to high transmission efficiency, transmission stability, good carrying capacity and compact design structure, the equipment is more efficient during operation, and it also has a large savings in energy and space. This is also very high requirements for the manufacturing process, and it is very complex, but the precision of the product is also very high. The requirements for the manufacturing process are also very high and complex, with the following steps:

Design: Before processing, to determine the module of the gear, the number of gear, gear shape, pressure Angle parameters, etc., but also consider the functional requirements of the gear, transmission ratio, working environment and other factors.
Roughing: The first gear roughing, including turning, milling and other processes. At this stage, the shape of the gear is mainly processed into a preliminary shape.
Heat treatment: Heat treatment of the gear after rough machining, usually including quenching and tempering. Heat treatment can increase the hardness and strength of gear and improve its mechanical properties.
Precision machining: After heat treatment, precision machining of the gear, including grinding, hobbing and other processes. This step improves the precision and surface quality of the gear.
Detection and quality control: After the spiral bevel gear is processed, strict detection and quality control should be carried out. This includes checking the size, profile, surface quality, etc. of the gears to ensure that they meet design standards and customer requirements.

Spiral bevel gear manufacturing is more complex, so the need for precision equipment and technology, suitable processing methods and strict quality control, in order to produce high-quality gear to meet the real needs of customers.

– Creates a more level ride for both tow vehicle and trailer
• Friction sway control reduces sway caused by winds, curving roads and sudden maneuvers
– Adjustable tension lets you create the perfect degree of control and resistance
